The Edwards nES single stage EX series represents the next advance in single stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps for use in explosive environments. Explosive environments Edwards nES single EX series rotary vane pumps have been specifically designed to be capable of handling gases from a potentially explosive atmosphere and to operate in environments where a potentially explosive atmosphere can be present.

Pumps have been certified under the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU.

nES Single Stage Ex series pumps can get peak pumping speed from 44 m3h-1 to 700  m3h-1 and ultimate vacuum from 0,5 mbar to 0,15 mbar.

RV oil sealed pumps have been the industry standard rotary vane pump for laboratory applications for many years thanks to design features that make them low cost to operate and maintain versus other rotary pumps. With their unique mode selector, one pump can be used for both high throughput and high vacuum applications.

Selfcentring mechanism, no dowels to set and can replace, any component; high vapour pumping capability and broad range of accessories makes RV pumps the best long term proposition for laboratory applications.

RV rotary vane pumps can get peak pumping speed from 3,3 m3h-1 to 12 m3h-1 and ultimate vacuum to 1.5 x 10-3 mbar.

  • Two position gas ballast allows either 60 g/hr or a class leading 220 g/hr (290 g/hr on RV12) of water vapour to be handled

The integral oil distribution system eliminates external pi ping and delivers leak-free operation in a stylised design.

A stylised oil reservoir cover and side cover ‘O’ rings improve sealing to eliminate oil leakage. An integral gas ballast valve built into the side cover allows buick adaptation to automatic gas ballast.

Stokes Microvac rotary piston pump can get peak pumping speed from 234 m3h-1 to 884 m3h-1 and ultimate vacuum to 3.3 x 10-2  mbar.
